IGH has provided workflow program management to improve federal government agencies focusing on solutions to improve quality and cost management. IGH supports mission-critical customer requirements by providing project monitoring, controlling, reporting, change management, and risk monitoring to include administrative governance and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) maintenance.

IGH integrates industry best practices and has strong supervisory and interpersonal skills with expertise in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and Six Sigma Programs. Our team is experienced in implementing and maintaining mission-critical "turn-key" platforms to administrative monitoring, routing, tracking, technical, and logistical support. IGH strives for high-quality results, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement with repeatable solutions.
 

Administrative Support

The IGH Management Plan and leadership provide a practical, efficient, and immediately workable set of standardized management processes. IGH leadership maintains quality of the IGH Team services and deliverables.

As part of our management approach, in addition to the Performance Standards specified in every contract, IGH monitors its team against the following 1) Management Responsiveness, 2) Quality of Product/Service, 3) Management of Personnel, and 4) Government Satisfaction with Product and Personnel. Corporate leadership monitors performance, applies lessons learned, and focuses on continuous process improvement.
